About the beautiful Lewis and Clark College Wedding Venue

Living in Portland Oregon, there is one venue that all wedding photographers dream to shoot at: Lewis and Clark College. Known as one of America’s “Most Beautiful Campuses”, the venue was established in 1942. Adorned with french manicured gardens, a reflection pool, and cobblestone paths; the wedding venue spans 137 acres centered on the historical M. Lloyd Frank Estate and is shaded by a calm and inviting forest. Our couple, Joe and Camille are from San Diego and their guests are based from all over the world so this Lewis and Clark College Wedding affair was a unique destination wedding for all. They wanted to throw a lavish memorable party by pampering their guests with luxurious lounges set in a serene atmosphere among pine trees and bubbling fountains. Their guests had an abundance in quality cocktails, local beer and wine, gourmet food, and entertained with live performances.

From the Bride:
“Family and friends born in every decade since the 1920’s traveled to Portland from all over the world to attend our wedding. Our stunning guests donned formal gowns and tuxedos for our Gatsby-esque celebration. We wanted our guests to be submersed in the beautiful landscaping of Lewis and Clark. Our guests started the cocktail hour along the beautiful English styled reflecting pool. Our guests then moved to a circular cobblestone area covered by lush trees for the ceremony. Afterwards, dinner was served on long beautiful wooden and circular tables underneath white tents and chandeliers. Our guests could grab a cocktail from 4 large white wooden unique bars and then relax at one of our two modern and luxury style lounge areas. After the Blue Wave Band finished their last set on the moonlit dance floor, our guests took center stage at the karaoke after party, serenading us with the soundtrack of our lives.”
